Peter James DeMeo is a seasoned leader in digital asset management, product development, and blockchain technology. With over 30 years of experience, he currently serves as Chief Product Officer at Phoenix Technologies AG, a sovereign cloud and AI blockchain company. Previously, ahe held the same role at Metaco, where he built the product management function and advanced digital asset custody solutions. While working in Asia, Peter was a regular digital assets industry speaker since 2017 on key management.

Peter’s significant tenure at IBM included roles such as Global Head of Digital Asset Custody Infrastructure, where he created and led a digital assets “start-up” focused on cryptographic security for financial institutions. He also shaped IBM’s Systems blockchain business strategy across the Asia Pacific region. His career began with PricewaterhouseCoopers, consulting for both federal and private sectors. As a management consultant Peter led IBM’s enterprise architecture practice lead, managed over sixty architects as a service area leader, served in leadership roles on large-scale development projects, and consulted on managed corporate travel spend and booking systems.

Angel Nunez Mencias is the Group's Chief Technical/Client Officer (CTO/CCO) of Phoenix Technologies AG, and he is responsible for the architecture and development of all cloud services the group provides. Angel has led projects on Blockchain, Cloud, and Confidential Computing solutions as he fulfilled executive roles at IBM (Distinguish Engineer), Metaco (CTO/CCO), and Ripple (Senior VP). He brought the mainframe into the cloud as a platform with security, reliability, and performance advantages. He is the inventor of the Secure Service Container, the foundation of confidential computing at IBM, and a prolific inventor with over 150 patents.
